Fantastic overnight stay here with friends in one bedroom apartment while attending Wicked at the playhouse. Great facilities all provided in the apartment. The building has a roof terrace open from 7am till 10pm and it was lovely weather while we stayed. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace having something to eat a few glasses of wine. Would defiantly recommend and stay again.

This place is great if you are arriving by train, just up the road from Waverley Station. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and was plenty big for the 4 of us. As we stayed for a few days was great to have a fully functioning kitchen, the lounge was spacious, a table for eating was supplied and the beds were comfy. Our apartment was located below the ground level so that was interesting, our window in the lounge looked out to a wall leading up to the footpath!! We had a great stay here and would definately stay again if I ever travel to Edinburgh again.

Great hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, up to date, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is perfect with tremendous views from their rooftop terrace. The best part of the hotel is the very friendly and helpful staff. We visit Edinburgh often, and I only wish I had found this hotel earlier!
